Easy freeway access and close to the San Jose Airport. Rooms are pretty plain, though the bed was just a slight bit above the average plywood board they have you sleep on.
Breakfast was as plain as it gets and the lobby needs an upgrade. I almost expected to see orange shag carpeting and furry hanging lamps.
Manager was nice and ask me if we needed anything to give them a call for any service. The breakfast was o.k.
The carpet was not that clean and their was dog poop all over the grass area of the hotel.
Loved the pool and spa. Breakfast was a good Selection
Hotel needs painting looks old and dingy for a ramada. Carpets n room needs to b clean. It looked Dirty.
The price was affordable and the loacation wasexcellent.
There was no spnish channels. I thinkyou should expand television channels so that more spanish channels are available.
1. Dirty 2. DIRTY 3. DIRTY Services are horrible/ All of carpets both in the lobby and in your room are dirty (even smelly) / Wireless? (it doesn't work well.) Just avoid this motel( maybe it doesn't feel like inn though) horrible.....
The bed was fantastic; had a very restful sleep!
I have stayed at Ramada few years ago and they had good breakfast then. Now it's just coffee, juice and pastries which are not very fresh.
The room was clean and the staff very helpful.
They had a small problem with a light socket, so I had to plug my computer in the bathroom to charge it. I mentioned it at check out and they said they would take care of it.
Close to my destinatio
The hotel and properly looked dated and worn. A renovation is needed. The carpet in the rooms is worn and there were water stains in the ceiling. The decor of the room is dated and looks as though it has not been updated since the 80'S. The "free" continental breakfast has a lot to be desired as the food is very limited and not fresh.
Great mattress, wonderful breakfast and friendly hard working staff at the breakfast. Staff at check-in counter was sometimes friendly.
When originally built it was constructed well, but needs to be painted in places, have see-thru railings cleaned or replaced, have carpets cleaned or replaced in the main building, have shower heads raised about one foot, and have the lawns better cared for.
The breakfast was nice, the personnel was friendly, and there was a cold pool with a hot tub - very good for relaxing after a tiresome day. The price is extremely good for what the hotel provides.
The wi-fi was the worst wi-fi I ever saw in my life. Sites take minutes to load or don't load at all. It's essentially almost unusable, though sometimes it suddenly starts working fine, giving you some hope, and then stops working again. Support couldn't help.
Rooms were keep clean and serviced.
The stairway up to the upper floor was always dirty. Not vaccuumed. The disposal plates at the breakfast gave a budget impression, not so classy.
the location is very good, with nice view and room facility
Nice staff clean rooms and on site restaurant is very good
